Position Description:
Based in Paris, work with France Sales Team in a technical capacity to present solution roadmap and product capabilities -
opportunity demand generation & qualification, and helping to win new business sales and secure renewals via a
combination of activities which can include:
- Presentations and demos
- Solution/architecture design
- Proof-of-concepts
- Technical evaluation exercises
- Technical proposals and RFP responses
- Liaison with product & solution marketing, product development, technical & sales specialists, partners etc
Principal Accountabilities:

Responsible for conducting customer opportunities with a consultative approach and understanding the customers technical requirements

Act as a professional key member of the sales team: coordinating timely, accurate and quality information in relation
with other ServicePilot Technologies' teams

Responsible for meeting targets set by technical and sales management.

Assist in sales closures at all levels of customer management hierarchy where technical expertise and
consultation is required and bring technical and subject matter
expertise to build further credibility to ServicePilot Technologies' product and service offerings

Deliver professional presentation of the identified solution using product demonstrations, scenarios and whiteboard to all levels
of customer personnel

Act as liaison between sales, technical sales, engineering, product management, technical support, consulting and training departments

Actively participate in bid team activities such as the production RFI/RFP responses and the provision of architectural,
technical and best practice content within them, often to tight deadlines

Take leadership in the resolution of customer issues to ensure customer
satisfaction

Five+ years high level experience as a consultant for Service Management software solutions

Several years working in multi-national companies would be appreciated
-
Proficiency in French is expected. English would be an added
advantage
