Position Description:
Based in Pornichet, work with the ServicePilot Technologies
team to provide Administrative support to the different Departments.
Responsibilities:

Administrative work

Sales / Marketing teams assistance: prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements
and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software

Typing and formating basic documents
Experience Required:
- Organize, prioritize and maintain workflow to meet client requirements
- Ability to handle a wide variety of situations and issues
- Motivated and able to work effectively in what is a small team environment
- Clear and effective oral and written communications
- Proficiency in French is expected. Fluent in English
