ServicePilot Technologies Takes Off in the Americas

– ServicePilot Technologies, an innovative provider of application performance and VoIP management solutions, continues the expansion of their sales operations in
the Americas. ServicePilot Technologies recently moved their North American headquarters, won initial business, and added sales and marketing executives to
their management team.
"We have demonstrated the value of our products with over 100 large enterprises, service providers and telecom companies in Europe, and we are
implementing our plans for rapid growth in the North and South America,"
said Bertrand Mahé, President and CTO of ServicePilot. The company won a
significant deal with a major American retailer earlier this month. Bertrand added,
"As a result of our investment in these markets and the release
of new products, ServicePilot Technologies expects to rapidly increase our footprint in these regions."
ServicePilot Technologies also announced the addition of two new members to its management team. Rob Jarriel will serve as Vice President of Sales
in North America and Ken Spear as Vice President of Marketing.
"I am pleased to have two very capable industry veterans to lead our expansion efforts,"
remarked Bertrand Mahé.
Rob Jarriel joins ServicePilot Technologies with over 20 years of leadership experience. Most recently, Rob spent more than five years at ScriptLogic
Corporation, where he was responsible for leading and managing their top producing sales team. Prior to ScriptLogic, Rob held various positions with Dun & Bradstreet
and MCI Telecommunications. Ken Spear has over 20 years of marketing and product management experience in the enterprise IT market. Ken served in senior management
positions with Micro Focus, Fujitsu, and Hitachi Data System. Rob and Ken also have experience launching new business ventures in various SMB markets.
