ServicePilot ISM provides administrators with

To manage large-scale networks, it is
important to be able to quickly and easily synchronize
the monitoring tool with network topology. ServicePilot
ISM provides an accurate understanding of the topology

correlation and SNMP polling to give real-time and

probes, which fully integrate with ServicePilot ISM to

Powerful customizable reporting system
ServicePilot ISM enables the automatic
publishing of reports through standard Internet
browsers. Several types of reports on performance or
incidents are available, according to operational
needs:
- Standard reports
- On demand reports:
combination, in the same report, including
graphs from several objects or groups of
objects, texts, logos, etc.
- Customizable reports using
PDF format: a quasi-unlimited level of
customization, enabling SLA delivery
reporting as well as detailed report on
major incidents, site by site, to offer a
comprehensive vision of service delivery.
Administration and configuration
ServicePilot ISM administration and configuration are via the Windows interface on the server. This interface
