ServicePilot makes it very easy to monitor Avocent ACS equipment. Simply configure the SNMP interface of the Avocent ACS device. Then use the ServicePilot web interface to add a misc-avocent-acs resource.

How to install a avocent-acs resource?
- Use your ServicePilot OnPremise installation or a SaaS account.
- Add a new avocent-acs resource via the web interface (
/prmviews
or/prmresources
) or via API (/prmpackages
page), the default ServicePilot agent or another agent will be provisioned automatically.
