This package monitors the EMC Data Domain server software status and can capture events sent by the system.

The monitoring includes Data Domain:

  • System status
  • Disk status
  • Power Supply status
  • Temperatue status
  • Fan Status

Receipt of Data Domain events as SNMP Traps. Error type events are given a minor status.

How to install a emc-datadomain resource?

  1. Use your ServicePilot OnPremise installation or a SaaS account.
  2. Add a new emc-datadomain resource via the web interface (/prmviews or /prmresources) or via API (/prmpackages page), the default ServicePilot agent or another agent will be provisioned automatically.
