What is HWg-STE2 Sensor?
HWg-STE2 is the second version of the HWg-STE Sensor. It uses the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) protocol to measure temperature and humidity from external sensors. HWg-STE2 can connect up to three sensors via 1-Wire and up to two detectors via digital inputs for dry contacts. To monitor the device remotely, it can be configured via a built-in web server.
How to monitor HWg-STE2 Sensor?

How to install a hwg-ste2 resource?
- Use your ServicePilot OnPremise installation or a SaaS account.
- Add a new hwg-ste2 resource via the web interface (
/prmviews
or/prmresources
) or via API (/prmpackages
page), the default ServicePilot agent or another agent will be provisioned automatically.
