This package is designed to monitor sale activities of organizations. It is important mainly to allow organizations to keep track and improve sale activities.

Different aspects of potential organization activities can be recorded such as:

  • Status
  • Amount
  • Due Date
  • Next Action

The status can take values "OVERDUE", "TODAY", "DAYBEFORE" and "OK". It is determined from the due date. For example, if due date has exceeded, the status is "OVERDUE".

How to install a task-sales resource?

  1. Use your ServicePilot OnPremise installation or a SaaS account.
  2. Add a new task-sales resource via the web interface (/prmviews or /prmresources) or via API (/prmpackages page), the default ServicePilot agent or another agent will be provisioned automatically.

Details of the task-sales package are located in the /prmpackages page of the software.
