What is MGE UPS?
An Uninterruptible Power Supply / Source, often simply called UPS, is an electrical device that allows emergency power to a load when the input power source or main electrical power fails.
UPS MGE is the UPS product line manufactured by MGE UPS Systems.
MGE UPS monitoring
This package is built to monitor MGE UPS inverters using SNMP.
This package automatically configures the ServicePilot Agent to collect statistics from the MGE UPS on which SNMP has been configured.
The statistics gathered in this way include:
- Battery level
- Input status
- Errors
How to install a ups-mge resource?
- Use your ServicePilot OnPremise installation or a SaaS account.
- Add a new ups-mge resource via the web interface (
/prmviewsor/prmresources) or via API (/prmpackagespage), the default ServicePilot agent or another agent will be provisioned automatically.
