What is Microsoft Azure SQL?
Azure SQL Database is a fully managed relational database service provided by Azure. It offers a single, isolated database with its own set of resources, including compute and storage. Each Azure SQL Database instance is independent and is billed based on its own resource consumption.
It is suitable for applications with varying and unpredictable workloads where you need to scale resources independently for each database.
