Cisco Firepower refers to a Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) offering from Cisco Systems. Positioned at the forefront of network security technology, it combines advanced firewall capabilities with integrated threat defense and centralized management.
Harnessing the strengths of NGFW, Cisco Firepower is part of a new generation of firewalls that incorporate advanced capabilities beyond traditional firewall functionality.
NGFWs offer additional security features such as application awareness, user identity-based controls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), SSL decryption, and deep packet inspection. How to monitor Cisco Firepower?
