ServicePilot makes it very easy to monitor a OneAccess router. Simply configure the SNMP interface of the OneAccess device. Then use the ServicePilot web interface to add a resource from the ServicePilot network-oneaccess package.
The statistics gathered in this way include:
- Network: Ping Response Time and Interfaces activity
- System: CPU and memory
- VoIP: SIP Gateways and MOS statistics
How to install a oneaccess resource?
- Use your ServicePilot OnPremise installation or a SaaS account.
- Add a new oneaccess resource via the web interface (
/prmresources) or via API (
/prmpackagespage), the default ServicePilot agent or another agent will be provisioned automatically.
