What is Proxmox Backup Server?

Proxmox Backup Server (PBS) is an open-source backup solution designed to backup, replicate and restore virtual machines, containers and physical hosts. It is designed to integrate with Proxmox Virtual Environment (PVE) but can also operate independently.

How to install a proxmox-bs resource?

1. Use your ServicePilot OnPremise installation or a SaaS account.
2. Add a new proxmox-bs resource via the web interface (/prmviews or /prmresources) or via API (/prmpackages page), the default ServicePilot agent or another agent will be provisioned automatically.
