What is Call Quality by Network View?

The ServicePilot Call Quality by Network View package creates multiple views which will be separated by vendors (e.g. Avaya, Cisco, etc.), in a Call Quality by Zone or Network configuration where the "Separate Vendors" option has been selected. This package can also be used to create separate views by Customer Name.

Some of the supported vendors are:

  • Avaya

  • Microsoft
  • Mitel
  • Oracle
  • Shoretel

How to install a call-quality-by-network-view resource?

  1. Use your ServicePilot OnPremise installation or a SaaS account.
  2. Add a new call-quality-by-network-view resource via the web interface (/prmviews or /prmresources) or via API (/prmpackages page), the default ServicePilot agent or another agent will be provisioned automatically.

Details of the call-quality-by-network-view package are located in the /prmpackages page of the software.
