The Avaya Aura® Media Server is a scalable software based solution that can be deployed on Linux or Windows operating systems. It delivers advanced multimedia processing features to a broad range of products and applications.
Avaya Media Server monitoring
This package is designed to monitor an Avaya Media Server using SNMP.
This package automatically configures the ServicePilot Agent to collect statistics from the Avaya Media Server on which the SNMP service has been installed and configured.
The monitoring statistics gathered in this way include:
- System: CPU and Memory utilization
- Storage: logical disk utilization (Optional)
- Network: interface status and utilization (Optional)
The package Avaya Media Server (SNMP) supports all the distributions allowing access to RFC1213-MIB and HOST-RESOURCES-MIB.
2-->How to install a avaya-media-server resource?
- Use your ServicePilot OnPremise installation or a SaaS account.
- Add a new avaya-media-server resource via the web interface (
/prmviews
or/prmresources
) or via API (/prmpackages
page), the default ServicePilot agent or another agent will be provisioned automatically.
