What is Cisco CVP?

The Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal, often simply called Cisco CVP is an Intelligent interactive-voice-response (IVR) and call control system, used as a standalone IVR or transparently integrate with a contact center.

Cisco CVP monitoring

This package is designed to monitor Cisco CVP using SNMP.

This package automatically configures the ServicePilot Agent to collect statistics from a Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal on which SNMP service has been installed and configured.

The statistics gathered in this way include:

  • SIP Service
  • IVR Service
  • ICM Service
  • Reporting Service
  • H323 Service
  • VXML Service
