Cisco TelePresence MCU MSE Series is a chassis-based, multimedia conferencing bridge designed for large enterprise enterprise Cisco TelePresence environments.

The Cisco TelePresence MCU package configures the ServicePilot Agent to obtain Cisco MCU inventory and performance details using Cisco XML-RPC connections.

How to install a cisco-mcu resource?
- Use your ServicePilot OnPremise installation or a SaaS account.
- Add a new cisco-mcu resource via the web interface (
/prmviews
or/prmresources
) or via API (/prmpackages
page), the default ServicePilot agent or another agent will be provisioned automatically.

page of the software.
