What is Microsoft Teams by Zone?

The Microsoft Teams by Zone package provides summary metrics for Microsoft Teams calls between zones uploaded to the Microsoft CQD dashboards. Call and media stream counts are provided for good and bad calls with counts of call failures by category. The averages of the maximum reported MOS, jitter, packet loss and round trip time by zone are also collected.

By analyzing the call volumes and failure counts an indication of the types of errors that occur can be associated with particular inter-zone communication. Drill-down to individual call details can be performed in the Microsoft CQD dashboards if required.

How to monitor Microsoft Teams by Zone?
